The Nokia N97 has a 5 Megapixel camera with Carl-Zeiss Lens, Auto-Focus and LED Flash. But does it take good pictures? We have seen that the megapixel count is definitively not a factor, since for example the Nokia E71 takes horrible pictures compared to the N73 which has a 3.2 Megapixel camera too. Jason from Symbian Smashpop has taken some impressive pictures from KL, you can see the Petronas Towers and other cool stuff which were taken directly with the Nokia N97! 

In my opinion, the Nokia N97 might have a better camera than the Nokia N85 which has the same 5 Megapixels. It is hard to know since there is no side by side comparison, anyway, here are the shots and video taken with the Nokia N97:
