A Blue N9 Came from The House!

The Nokia House in Espoo, Finland that is; a magical place that dozens of released and unreleased Nokia devices call home. The N9 is a hard one to get; it’s only available in some countries in the world, it’s even hard to get one in many European countries! But even harder, is to get a blue Nokia N9. I had the luck of getting one at Nokia World a couple of weeks ago, and it finally came in the mail today. I made an unboxing video of it but decided to keep the camera rolling through the first boot-up adventure. You can find that video, below!

      Thanks! flattered..lol

I would think very well what I want the phone for, if you want apps, the N9 is not the way to go. Otherwise, it’s a great phone. I just have a personal hard time with the tiny fonts across the UI, but that’s just me (or people with disabilities). Love Swipe UI, and love the multitasking.

I would compare it to the Lumia 800 and find out if there’s enough reasons to get the N9 (i.e: features the N9 offers and the 800 doesn’t). Otherwise, the Lumia 800 is a better phone all-around.

i can’t move from blackberry to windows, windows mobile lacks so many things i like, so i wanted a more “opened” OS, and i do not care at all about apps, i mean all i need is Facebook for my business page, Twitter not that much, a few that  i can already find on nokia store.
        i ordered a N9 (black 64) yesterday, let’s wait now !!!

That’s great! But it’s Windows Phone, a whole different animal than Windows Mobile.

What are those things you like? Just curious

i like to be zune/itunes free, and overall i need to feel away from IOS and WP and ANDROID, like i can go my own path to do same things ; )
that’s the reason i choosed Apple ten years ago, now it’s different

got it! The N9 certainly has this “uniqueness” aspect to it.

SIP, Skype, pentaband (Nepal and India half the year), signal quality (but some N9 users seem to be disapointed about it…), and ergonomic reasons
